Whether you’re a graduating junior or a new student, young or old, our Teens programs and classes are carefully structured to progress you steadily towards black belt. Much more than just fitness and self defence, through taekwondo you’ll create and stick to winning habits and disciplines that will flow into all areas of your life. Age 13 - 17
Teenagers face very real emotional challenges as they mature into responsible young adults. The ethics and habits of taekwondo nourish their self-belief, as well as their developing bodies, to help them feel good about themselves in this explorative phase. Our training supports teens to broaden their outlook, accept new responsibilities, learn from their mistakes and challenge peer pressure. Instruction concentrates on goals, participation, persistence and achievement.
